Qarlo is a UK company building software for domiciliary care providers. This page explains, in plain terms, what information we collect through this website and how we handle it. We keep this deliberately short because right now the site does very little with your data.
What we collect
If you fill in one of our forms — either the design-partner enquiry or the "keep me posted" email capture — we collect the details you choose to give us. That may include your name, work email, organisation, and anything you write in the message field. If you only use the email capture, we collect just your email address.
We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to reply to you and, if you're interested, to talk about Qarlo. If you asked to be kept posted, we may occasionally email you updates about the product. We will not sell your information or share it with unrelated third parties.
How your submission reaches us
Our forms are handled by Formspree, a form-processing service that forwards your submission to us by email. Your data passes through their systems purely to deliver it to us. You can read their privacy terms on the Formspree website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to stay in touch with you about Qarlo. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. If we've been emailing you updates, you can tell us to stop and we'll stop — no need to explain why.
Contact
For anything about your data, or to opt out, email us at hello@qarlo.uk. We read every message personally.
